For Refinance loans

Posted rates assume a rate and term refinance, no cash out over 60% Loan to Value, 740 middle credit score and 25 day rate lock for owner occupied single family. New cash out fees apply over 60% LTV. Call for more details!

A "limited cash out", allows for changes to rate and term which can include closing costs, pre-paid items and a maximum cash back of $2000.00 dollars with no cash out fees up to 90% LTV.
